The general rule is that within 1-2 days after tryouts for a specific age group have concluded, the coaches for that age group meet and select the players based on the tryout evaluations.

Each player who has made a team is contacted by the coach using the phone numbers on the application. The coach calls the top rated players and works down their list. In addition, the results are posted on the website by the assigned tryout number.

Players are requested to accept or reject the offer within 3-4 days of the offer.
